Minutes of the Meeting
July 25, 2010

Mary Jane Barber, Preston and Bunny Bonney, Marie Dugan, Anita Gooden, Tom Greenfield, John and Claudia McNamara, Wayne Milligan, Kerry Sharps

The Meeting
John welcomed everyone to the home of Mary Jane Barber and lamented about the incorrect date on the meeting notice - two months running. Our Treasurer, Tom, and myself, Claire, had sent our regrets for missing the meeting. John gave the Treasury Report citing two more paid up members and two new members - Preston and Bunny Bonney.

Our annual creek clean-up, originally slated for the end of July, has been postponed. It will be rescheduled sometime in September. Since the County has yet to clear the obstacles of fallen trees and branches, John is going to make an inquest via a letter. Why has the South Branch of the Rancocas been addressed and not the North Branch?

John reiterated that he is in contact with Emergency Management for creek situations and believes that Kevin Tuno is thus far doing a good job. In September, there are plans to drastically lower the creek so residents can clear their areas. Check for dates on the website.

Preston informed us that FEMA declared parts of Route 70 a disaster area from the flood of 2004. Affected homeowners got money from FEMA.

Thank you to Mary Jane Barber for hosting. The next meeting will be on August 29, 2010 at the home of Tom Kempton. Wayne will be our temporary leader for that meeting.
